Paint Level Control System. We provided this system for Sharp Manufacturing. Ultra-Sonic Sensors were placed over a wier to monitor both level and Flow.

Air Heater Power Controls. This System Provides Extremly even heat from Sylvania Emissive air heaters. The heaters are controlled by Fuji Temperature Controllers providing 4-20 mA signals to the SCR power Controls. The SCR controllers also take a signal from the color of the elements for early shut-down due to loss of air.

This System was designed to melt Soder.

Snow Removal System: This System protects the entrance ramp at "Maybelline" from Ice and Snow. The Controls were designed to operate the heaters when:

Temperature is below 40° F

Moisture is present.

Conveyor Loading System:Operates the conveyors automaticly to Advance and Raise Palets of Cans to be loaded onto the conveyor.

Temperature Contol Panel Designed and Built for a Metal Treating Oven.

Controls Ramp Temp Up and Down and hold a soak time.

SCR Controllers provide Smooth control
